Today we headed even further south into the Southern Whitsunday Islands, we made it all the way to Goldsmith Island and cleaned 4 beaches there. The first was a sandy beach which was not too heavily impacted. We then went around the corner to find a bay with three absolutely trashed beaches. These three beaches took the rest of the day to clean, they were impacted with majority plastics ranging in sizes. Our volunteers worked tirelessly in the heat and we cant thank them enough.
